What is medical profiloplasty?
The profile is made up of a set of elements such as the nose, the chin but also the lips.
Aesthetic medicine allows you to modify these three elements in order to improve the proportions of the face.
It is possible for example to restore the volume of the lips by using hyaluronic acid subtly while respecting the anatomy of the mouth.
Each mouth is different, so you should not pretend to get a disproportionate mouth, but make it perfectly balanced compared to the rest of your face.
A moderate nasal bump, drooping or too short tip of the nose can easily be altered by an injection of filler. The result is often very spectacular with a small amount of product.
Likewise, a receding chin can be improved by projecting it using an absorbable volumizer.
The simultaneous treatment of the lips, chin and nose using non-invasive procedures is called medical profiloplasty.
What are the correct proportions of the profile of the face?
Beauty is governed in harmonious proportions that correspond to precise measurements and ratios.
On the profile, a line of harmony passes through the tip of the chin, the edge of the lower lip and the edge of the upper lip. In women, the nasolabial angle should preferably be slightly greater than 90 degrees.
The tip of the nose is supposed to be well defined and slightly protruding. There must be a small inflection between the tip of the nose and the nasal bridge (the SupraTip Break of the Anglo-Saxons). Finally, a straight line passes between the root of the nose and the tip of the nose.
Respecting these lines makes it possible to harmonize a profile while ensuring that it remains perfectly proportioned to the rest of the face.
This technique therefore makes it possible to embellish your profile but also your face in general. The mouth will be natural, better integrated in the upper and lower part of the face, the nose will be smoother and the chin better proportioned.
You will thus have a more balanced, more attractive face ...
