The lips are made up of 3 anatomical units: the white lip (which starts from the base of the nostrils), the red lip (the vermilion) on the mucous side and the contour of the lip (the hem). Over time, changes take place: thinner, less plump, drier lips, with fine vertical lines called "barcode wrinkles".
The daily approach
The lips are surrounded by a sensitive layer of skin, which is similar to that around the eyes.
For this reason, it is common for wrinkles or expression lines to appear in this area of the face.
Why do the so-called “barcode” wrinkles appear?

The medical approach
The injection treatment is done with a needle or cannula to fill every visible wrinkle. Not too fluid hyaluronic acid is used to obtain the desired filling.
The injection is done both in the wrinkle and around it by a squared series of micro injections. It should be noted that these injections do not change the shape and volume of the upper lip. The result is perfectly natural and lasts from 6 months to 1 year.
